The Mesa 2025 General Plan is the blueprint for Mesa’s future growth and development. It integrates community feedback and best practices to set the vision, principles and strategies that will guide Mesa for the next decade. The Mesa 2050 General Plan is about ensuring our City’s growth reflects our collective aspirations. Arizona state law requires cities to develop and bring to the voters a plan every ten years. The Mesa 2050 General Plan will NOT modify current zoning districts or increase any taxes, fees or cost for the taxpayer.
